Terms of Service

1. Services

BizBloom LLC provides website development, AI tool setup, technology strategy, and ongoing support services. All services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon in individual project proposals.

2. Proposals and Payments

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment. Work commences upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any agreed-upon deposit. Payment terms are specified in each proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the deliverables specified in the project proposal. BizBloom LLC retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

BizBloom LLC provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
